Plan your 2027 AI roadmap
on real data.
Caddi Discover measures the manual, costly processes inside your tools and groups them by team and by person. Run Caddi for a month and leave with a ranked 2027 roadmap, built with our team.
Law and wealth firms·One-month pilot·Read onlyMost 2027 AI plans start from a guess.
Every firm has an AI line in next year's budget. Few know which work it should go to first, because the usual inputs miss the work that costs the most.
- Vendor demos
Show what a tool can do, not where your firm loses the hours.
- Surveys and interviews
People forget the repetitive work. It is the part they stopped noticing.
- Tickets and requests
Repetitive work rarely becomes a ticket, so it never reaches the list.
See all of the manual work.
Discover reads the tools your teams already use and finds the bloated, repetitive processes nobody wrote down.
- 01Every manual process, measured
How often it happens and how long it takes, from the history already in your email, CRM, documents and billing.
- 02Grouped by team
Intake, billing, operations, client service. See where each team's week actually goes.
- 03Down to the person
Who carries the load, so the roadmap starts where it lifts the most work off real people.

One month to a plan you can defend.
Our team runs it with you. You bring the people who do the work; we bring the AI expertise and the platform.
- 01Week 1: connect and run Discover
Your team connects the tools they already use. Discover reads their history, read only, so the first findings cover the last three months or the last year, not the weeks ahead.
- 02Week 2: review the findings with us
We walk the results with you team by team and person by person, and separate the signal from the noise.
- 03Week 3: build the first agent
Your top finding gets automated in Caddi, so the plan starts with something running, not a slide.
- 04Week 4: your 2027 roadmap
Every finding ranked by hours and sequenced by quarter, with the evidence behind each one for your partners or investment committee.

Every process Discover confirmed, with how often it runs, how long it takes and which tools it touches.
- Org viewBy team and by person
Where the hours sit across the firm, so leadership sees the whole picture, not one department's guess.
- SequenceA quarter-by-quarter plan
Ranked by hours, ordered so each quarter builds on the last, starting with the agent from the pilot.
- GovernanceHow AI runs at the firm
Every run logged and reviewable in Govern, so compliance and leadership can see what the agents do.
Law firms and wealth firms.
- Law firmsThe business of law, not legal judgment
New-matter intake, conflicts, time capture, e-billing compliance, collections and document filing.
- Wealth firmsThe back office behind every advisor

Questions we get asked
Why plan with Discover instead of a consultant or a survey?
Because it measures the work instead of asking about it. Discover reads the activity already in your tools and shows how often each process runs and how long it takes, with the evidence behind every finding. A consultant still gets to weigh in; they just start from data.
What does the one-month pilot include?
Full use of Discover across the teams you choose, working sessions with our team to review the findings, your first agent built on the top finding, and the 2027 roadmap at the end. Talk to us about scope and terms for your firm.
What if we don’t continue after the pilot?
Then you don’t. The pilot is a scoped engagement with its own terms, and nothing carries past it. The roadmap and the findings behind it are yours to keep, and disconnecting your tools ends Discover’s access. If you would rather start on your own first, Discover is free on the Individual plan.
How are the hours estimated?
From what Discover measured: how often the work occurred and how long each occurrence took, over the window it observed. Where a tool is shared, the count covers everyone who touches that work. It is a way to rank the roadmap, not a forecast, and every number can be checked against the finding behind it.
What access does Discover need?
It reads the tools each person connects, under the access they already have, and it never writes to them. It does not reach a system nobody has connected.
Is our data used to train models?
No. The contents of your connected systems are never used to train models. OpenAI and Anthropic calls run under zero-retention terms.
What happens after the roadmap?
You work it. Each finding can go straight to Caddi Automate, where the person who does the work builds the agent, and every run shows up in Govern. Rerun Discover as you connect new tools and the roadmap updates with what it finds.
