Agentic automation
with every decision on the record.
Caddi's agents find the work, learn it from the person who does it, and build the automation. Then verified code runs it, and every decision is logged for review.

Building your automation…Here is what you do. I will do it without fail, and flag anything out of the ordinary.
Where agentic automation sits in Caddi
Caddi is an end-to-end AI operations platform: it discovers the work, automates it, and governs every run.
The agent's job is to build the automation, not to improvise it.
In Caddi the agent does the part AI is good at: watching a demonstration, writing the plan, asking about the edge cases. What runs in production is the approved plan as verified code, so the tenth run behaves like the first.
- AI builds it, verified code runs it
- Any model step inside a run is scoped and logged
- Changes go in through plain-English requests you approve
It asks before it guesses.
When a demonstration leaves a branch unexplained, the agent turns it into a question for the person who knows the answer. The answer becomes part of the plan, not a prompt it has to remember.
A weekly account of what every agent did.
Each automation keeps a running record: what it ran, what it touched, what it skipped and why, summarized for the week. Leadership reads it across the firm in one place.
Caddi picked up 64 files from the daily SharePoint mail folder. AI extraction identified names and matter numbers in 64 documents, and 64 files were renamed to the standardized format. 53 documents were uploaded to their matched Clio matters.
Agentic automation vs autonomous agents
Autonomous agents decide what to do on every run. That is powerful for open-ended tasks and hard to sign off for back-office work that has to happen the same way every time.
| Question | Autonomous AI agents | Caddi |
|---|---|---|
| At runtime | A model decides each step | An approved plan runs as verified code |
| Repeatability | Varies with the prompt and the model | Deterministic steps, scoped AI steps |
| Review | Transcripts, if they are kept | Every run and decision logged and reviewable |
| Who changes it | Whoever edits the prompt | The owner, in plain English, with approval |
