How the automation runs
This process manages new hire onboarding follow-up from an onboarding report stored in OneDrive. It reads the Excel report, classifies each employee by department, applies exclusion rules, detects duplicates, writes updates back to the sheet, and sends welcome and follow-up communications. The workflow then re-reads the report, identifies duplicate Employee ID rows, and deletes the duplicate rows in sequence to keep the onboarding tracker clean and current.
