The work neither one does
A CRM is the system of record, not the system of work. Whichever you pick, someone still carries the signed account paperwork into the household, rekeys an address change into the custodian and the portfolio system, and checks the CRM against what Orion or Addepar says. Workflows in either CRM assign those tasks to a person; they do not do the work across your other systems.
End-to-end AI Process Automation.
- DiscoverFinds the work worth automating in the tools you already use, read only, with the evidence behind each finding.
- AutomateThe person who does the work builds the automation that replaces it. No IT project, no bots to babysit.
- GovernEvery run and every decision is logged and reviewable. No black box.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Wealthbox and Redtail?
Both are CRMs built for financial advisors. Wealthbox is an independent, web-based workspace with households as a first-class record, workflows from the Pro plan and an optional AI Notetaker. Redtail is owned by Orion and sells plans that bundle the CRM with Redtail Imaging for documents and Redtail Speak for compliant texting.
Is Wealthbox or Redtail cheaper?
Redtail has the lower published entry price: its Launch plan is $39 per user per month billed annually, for up to five users, and Growth is $59 billed annually. Wealthbox lists Basic at $59, Pro at $75 and Premier at $99 per user per month. Both offer custom Enterprise pricing. Prices are as of September 2026.
Can you migrate from Redtail to Wealthbox?
Yes. Wealthbox offers migration assistance on every plan. The work is in the mapping: Redtail groups records on the contact while Wealthbox uses households, status and advisor fields need decisions, and Wealthbox documents that future occurrences of recurring tasks cannot be imported. Our Redtail to Wealthbox migration guide covers the field mapping.
Does Caddi integrate with Wealthbox and Redtail?
Caddi has a live Wealthbox connector, so it can log notes, open tasks and update household records as part of an automated workflow, with every run logged. Redtail is in the Caddi catalog but the connector is not live yet. If you run Redtail today, ask us about timing before you plan an automation around it.
