Finding the work is step one

Signavio is strongest where most mining tools are weakest: the model. Teams draw the target process in BPMN, publish it to a repository, route changes through approval, and then use Process Intelligence to see how far reality drifts from the model. That is valuable in an S/4HANA program. But neither the model nor the mining runs the work. Automation sits in SAP Build Process Automation or a partner engagement, and it has to be scoped, built and tested there.
