Finding the work is step one
Desktop capture is good at one thing: seeing activity nobody logged anywhere else. But a heat map of screen time is not an automation. After the Skan.ai readout, someone still has to pick the work, scope it, and build it on an RPA or automation platform, and then someone has to watch whatever gets built.
